We should try to avoid

1. Dynamic Urls :- Dynamic url are those which are created on the demand. For example our gmail account or any email id, the urls are not static they are dynamic because they are created on demand. This pages are created through the programming because it is not possible to create static pages for each email id.

2. Flash :- It is true that the flash attracts the user to our site but the search engines are not able to read files of the flash so we should try to use flash as less as we can. We have to maintain the balance between the flash and the content of the site.

3. Frames :- In olden days the frames were used on the site. With the help of the frames we are able to bring several web pages in the one page only.
4. Menus :- The menus should be easy to use and properly linked so that the robots and user both should not get confused.
